Sea Side Houses are located at the south side of the island overlooking the cosmopolitan beach of 'Kalo Livadi'.

House 3 has four separate autonomous bedrooms. The first one can be found at the first floor and has the following features:

-Private balcony with sea view to the bay area
-Private bathroom with shower
-Free WiFi
-Private Transfer from/to Airport/Port
-Luggage Service and Storage
-Laundry and Ironing Service
The other three bedrooms are located to the lower level and have the following features, each one has two single beds (and one with double bed) and two bathrooms at the same floor.

At the ground floor the living room along the kitchen are situated as well as a private large veranda overlooking the beach of Kalo Livadi (sea view) (160sqm).
